Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), incorporated in 1989 is a professionally managed Electronic Retailer of Jewelry and Lifestyle Products with operations in seven countries. VGL is a publicly listed company on Indian stock exchanges (both BSE and NSE) and has private equity investment from well-known PE investors. The company has a group turnover of approx. Rs. 2,500 Crore (FY 2020-2021) and employs over 4000 people globally. VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. 3000 people, including contract workers. The company owns TV shopping channels and robust ECom businesses in UK (www.tjc.co.uk) and USA (www.shoplc.com). Both retail units broadcast 24/7 live programming to over 100 Million homes through cable, satellite and telcos. They are also streaming via Web and smart TV’s. Recently we have launched our shopping channel in Germany as well. Since the start of this program six years ago, we have distributed 54 Million meals with current run rate of 54,000 meals daily. We encourage our team members to donate at least two hours everymonth for charitable causes that is tracked through our performance system.Vaibhav is an environmentally responsible company. Our 100k sq. ft factory in Jaipur is Leeds certified Platinum level green building. We generate 100% of our India energy needs from solar panels. Role Intro- Security & Compliance
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Security and Compliance to join our dedicated Corporate IT NOC team!

Your Key Responsibilities

	KRA Security & Compliance
Audit	PCI, GDPR, CCPA, ITGC (KPMG), Infra servers, Application, DB Audit, Balridge Application Audit
Vendor Mgmt.,	Liaise with Vendor (SISA, HM (SOC)) for issues, escalation, security breach Lead WBR, MBR. Maintain the security posture, raise the red flag, and escalate issue on time Co-ordinate for Forensic investigation
Policies	IT Security, IT Purge Policy, Email policy, Password policy should be maintained and renew as and when reqd., Cyber security Policy Maintain DR-BCP for all Applications, Servers, Location specific, Networking and review with respective team every quarter
Group	IVA, ASV, APT, IPT, EPT, Subnet scan, Data discovery scan, IP Whitelisting Quarterly review
Team	Collaboratively work with all the teams, Effective communication by email, chat and phone, Building backup team, Share Threat advisory notification, Certification
Operations	Raise high alert and notify the business on Security Breach, Security Threat, Application Security Checks, Internal Application PT, Vendor Application Integration review, Share Monthly Security posture of VGL Group, Conduct Security Training through LMA for each location on security standard every quarter.
