A subsidiary of VGL, Shop LC was established in Austin, TX in 2007 and is now broadcasting live to 75-million homes in US. Our growing eCom presence is through our website https://www.shoplc.com/. Shop LC, US employs approx. 550 people in operations such as warehousing, customer service, merchandising, marketing, eCom, Marketplaces, Live Studio. Role Intro: Windows Systems Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Windows Server/Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Server Administrator, you will play a crucial role in infrastructure upgrade, maintain in our organization's information systems and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and high availability of systems. You will be responsible for security events, analysing potential threats, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities:
• Manages the enterprise Office 365 email platform including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
• Works with security team to implement existing security measures and controls, remediation activities.
• Recommend a migration and consolidation strategy for DevOps tools.
• Server hardware knowledge for maintenance, cleaning, repair, replacement of defective/faulty parts their installation.
• Server Operating System: Windows, Linux, VMware.
• Experience on troubleshooting and configuration - on SQL Database and High Availability. Active – Active/Passive
• Storage: Working experience of SAN, NAS. OEM- Dell, EMC, NetApp and HP Storage
• Backup: Veeam, Commvault, Druva Backup and Recovery, knowledge on additional backup tools preferred.
• Server and database Monitoring Tools: Exposure to different server monitoring tools. Such as SolarWinds, Logic Monitor, Site 24x7, Data Do any one or two.
• Works effectively with persons in all levels of operation for Incident Management + Change Management (Planning Execution) + Root cause analysis / Problem Management + Capacity / Architectural Management.
• Responsible for escalating Incidents and User Service Requests within their organization to drive resolution.
• Independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions.
• Protocols understanding SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, CIFS, LDAP, POP, SMTP and IMAP.
• Update work logs, Alert Monitoring, Ticket Monitoring.
• Manage and configure security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-malware software.

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications: MCSA, MCTS, RHCSA, VCA-DCV Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, AWS Any One or Two.
• Shall have minimum of 5 years’ experience in Server and Storage Support.
• Highly skill or Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, IIS Web server day to day troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and system security principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of incident response procedures and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in deploying and configuring/integrating applications with Azure AD (SSO/MFA).
• Good knowledge of MS-Office Tools Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.
• Proven experience with production systems and dealing with production issues.
• Awareness of ITIL processes.
• Conceptually sound and with good analytical skills
• Good Network troubleshooting skill and OSI layer.
• Good Oral and Written Communication skills.
