Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), incorporated in 1989 is a professionally managed Electronic Retailer of Jewelry and Lifestyle Products with operations in seven countries. VGL is a publicly listed company on Indian stock exchanges (both BSE and NSE) and has private equity investment from well-known PE investors. The company has a group turnover of approx. Rs. 2,500 Crore (FY 2020-2021) and employs over 4000 people globally. VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. 3000 people, including contract workers. The company owns TV shopping channels and robust ECom businesses in UK (www.tjc.co.uk) and USA (www.shoplc.com). Both retail units broadcast 24/7 live programming to over 100 Million homes through cable, satellite and telcos. They are also streaming via Web and smart TV’s. Role Intro- Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to join our dedicated Corporate IT team!

Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle of multiple projects varying in level of effort, complexity, and resources required. Act as a single point of contact for those projects.
⦁ Manage software development, operations, and related teams to perform within cost, quality, and timeline constraints.

⦁ Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Provide weekly status updates including project performance metrics: work breakdown structures, required resources, risks/risk mitigation, estimated days required to complete individual tasks and overall project, etc.
⦁ Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
⦁ Investigate and analyze innovative and emerging technologies that in the most economic and efficient manner improve not only IT system performance and support but also mission performance.
⦁ Analyze and plan enhancements to existing systems to improve business methods consistent with organization-wide initiatives, including architectural planning, participating in new technology analysis, trade-off studies, test planning and design analysis.
⦁ Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
⦁ Get involved on stakeholder calls and briefings, understand the requirements from the stakeholders/ operations team and help in designing software solutions.

Qualifications
⦁ PMP certification
⦁ Bachelor's Degree
⦁ 10+ years of total, progressive, Information Technology Management experience including: At least 7-9 years of experience as a Project Manager on complex software development and/or IT operations projects.
⦁ Experience in PMO operations ensuring effective resource management, risk management, business case development, financial budgeting and forecasting, project coordination and metrics definition and reporting.
⦁ Proven track record in supporting multiple high-visibility, large-scale initiatives from definition through implementation. Collaboratively and effectively prioritizing work schedules based upon business goals and proposing viable options and recommended solutions to address business needs.
⦁ Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and provide structure and logic to complex problems with conflicting priorities is essential.
⦁ Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources with clients, customers and/or suppliers.
⦁ Experience leading multiple development projects preferably adhering to Agile methodology.

Location: Remote working for now but will be called to Jaipur Office after few months
