Monitor key metrics and deliver analysis of past events and marketing campaigns to strategize on how to optimize customer’s path to purchase.
Manage a product category and responsible for monitoring inventory levels and out of stock alert process.
Support merchandising strategies to achieve sales goals. Analyze sales, market to make recommendations for merchandising plan. Regularly review websites to insure accurate listing.
Analyze Amazon/Google/omnichannel data (sales, conversation rate, sessions, etc.) to determine which products best fits our audience.
Maximize all opportunities to drive online sales via SEO and UX insights.
Manages workflow, execution and maintenance of digital content to support merchandising.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to effectively plan, prioritize and merchandise promotions within scope.
Partnering with eCommerce product team to define A/B tests to conduct in support of ecommerce merchandising strategy and overall customer acquisition / retention.
Responsible for managing/optimizing site content and site merchandising. Suggest updates for digital promotional banners across all sites. Help build landing pages to support promotional campaigns.
Partner with merchandising team to define and optimize the web promotional calendar.
