day. Shop LC, US employs approx. 550 people in operations such as its warehousing, customer service, merchandising, marketing, 
E Comm, Marketplaces, live studio, and management reside at the U.S. headquarters in Austin, with extended support from the

  • Role Intro- L1 NOC Technical Support- Executive:
    We are looking for an experienced and result-driven L1 NOC Technical Support- Executive to join our dedicated
    Corporate IT NOC team!

Your Key Responsibilities:
 Candidate should have good understanding of Windows operating system and their features.
 Candidate should have a good hand on Windows Server installation on both physical and virtual
environment.
 Candidate should have a good knowledge on performance monitoring of a Windows OS: I/O,
compilation time, performance issues due to 3rd party software’s, running Performance monitoring
and network monitoring tools, CPU and memory scaling.
 Candidate should have ability to create/write technical and operational management
documentation (system design, and engineering documents, operational run books).
 Basic knowledge on virtualization technology like vSphere, Hyper-V
 Basic understanding of Linux OS / knowledge on Web technologies / MYSQL or any databaseskills will
be an added advantage.
 Working knowledge of IIS and Web technologies / MSSQL will be an added advantage.
 Good understanding on manage and maintain monitoring systems.
 Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on systems and networks,handling
escalation through to resolution)
 Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphingfor
colocation, leased lines, customer backup and other customer network services).
 Server builds and installs, application upgrades, network equipment build and installation.
 Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration.
 Tier 3 Support for co-location, customer backup network and ISP services.
 Participate in a 24x7 call-out Rota if required.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• Candidates preferred with B. Tech Computer Science & Engineering.
• Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
• Good network diagnostic skills.
• Basic O365 knowledge.
• Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues.
• Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
• Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
• Good technical understanding of Windows Servers, installation, troubleshooting, patch
management.
• Good understanding of Windows Infrastructure technologies (e.g. AD, GPO, CIFS, NFS, DFS) within the
enterprise and experience in supporting Product development on Windows Platformis a plus.
• Experience on virtualization is desirable i.e. VMWARE / Hyper V
