Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), incorporated in 1989 is a professionally managed Electronic Retailer of Jewelry and Lifestyle Products with operations in seven countries. VGL is a publicly listed company on Indian stock exchanges (both BSE and NSE) and has private equity investment from well-known PE investors. The company has a group turnover of approx. Rs. 2,500 Crore (FY 2020-2021) and employs over 4000 people globally. VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. 3000 people, including contract workers. Role Intro- Lead – Window System Administrator
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Window System Administrator to join our dedicated Global Infa team!

Required Skills / Qualifications:

⦁ Microsoft-Windows-Server Administration

⦁ Good experience in analysis, installation, implementation, and maintenance of different flavorsof windows server
⦁ Strong knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership in security groups,     inherited groups, OU structure, etc.
⦁ Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to supportinstalled applications and      document configuration changes.   
⦁ Excellent skills on windows server designing & planning
⦁ Experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment
⦁ Good experience on Security translation
⦁ Good understanding on reporting tools
⦁ Good experience user training and documentation.
⦁ Should have expertise in backup products
⦁ Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools
⦁ Good communications Skills, Interpersonal and willingness to excel and performance oriented
⦁ Strong experience using Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS 5.0/6.0, FTP, Group Policy.
⦁ Experience in Testing and implementing security patches released by Microsoft.
⦁ Implementation and Maintenance Migration Windows 2000, Windows 2003 to Windows 2008
⦁ Administration and Technical support to VM Ware environment servers.
⦁ Good practices on Configuration and Change Management, Incident and Problem Management.SLA metrics and internal     process documentation
⦁ Experience of Installation, configuration, Migration, and deployment of Windows Server.
⦁ Software and Hardware Troubleshooting of Enterprise Servers Environment.
⦁ Sound Knowledge of DHCP setup and troubleshooting, Active Directory/Domain Controller Configuration.
⦁ Knowledge in VMware Administrator, ADFS Exp.
⦁ Knowledge in Windows Clustering.
⦁ Good Knowledge in Documentation for Installation, Testing, deployment and troubleshootingWindows servers.
⦁ Establish and implement policies, procedures, SOP’s, and technologies to ensure Windowssystem security.
⦁ Open to 24/7 Support with good communication.
⦁ Open to Travel if required.

Reporting

The Windows System Administrator reports directly to Head of Global Infa.
