Listen to, track and analyze earned media channels and investigate opportunities.
Research and cultivate relationships with external journalists, bloggers, media contacts on local, regional and national level. Sell Shop LC Brand and its benefits to their followers.
Work cross-functionally with other team members such as, but not limited to; Ecommerce, Sales, DR, Marketing, Photography and Merchandising to gather details, quotes and the like to support and add to written content.
Help and support Your Purchase Feeds/One for One cause-based marketing program.
Work closely director and manager to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities
SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
Proficiency with American English in casual to business copywriting.
Journalism or English degree preferred. Excellent writing skills.
Strong curiosity and interest in research.
Outgoing and enjoys talking to and learning about others.
High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
Knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Suites a plus.
Ability to balance multiple projects at one time.
Experience in the Home Shopping Industry a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, as well as present and sell ideas to management.
Must have a high level of creativity, energy, and flexibility.
Strong interpersonal skills, must be a self-motivated, team player.
Strong ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high pressure studio environment and to remain calm under pressure
